Labor Day Message from our CEO
On this Labor Day Weekend, I would like to wish everyone at Envirovac a safe, happy holiday. I also ask that we pause for a moment to reflect on what this day means as we celebrate labor days many contributions here in America. This Labor Day Weekend I am optimistic about working America, fueled by my fierce pride in all our heroes. These are the women and men who’ve been on the front lines, getting us through very tough times. I’d like to especially recognize and appreciate all our public service workers, who kept public services going as essential workers supporting their communities, especially on the heels of Idalia. Truth is our public service workers are always essential. This storm just reminded us.
As we celebrate the Labor Day holiday across the United States, I would like to take a moment to recognize the hard work of all Envirovac employees. Indeed, each of you plays an important role in Envirovac and contributes to our collective success. It is dedicated employees like you who make the great work of our company a reality. Thank you for your tireless contribution in growing and strengthening this company. We can all be proud of what we have accomplished, both individually and collectively. I thank you for the work you do each and every day, through good times and bad.
Now on this special day, I hope you enjoy the rewards of your hard work with family and friends. Please accept my sincere thanks for your commitment to Envirovac, your work is appreciated.
Dr. Martin Luther King once said, “No work is insignificant. All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence”.
While this sentiment can be lost among many in this world and sadly, on misguided politicians, it is my hope that it is starting to be recognized and appreciated today by society more than we have seen in a long time.
Many of us will celebrate Labor Day with our families, have cookouts, take in a ball game, or spend time with our families, friends and coworkers. As we do, let us also find time to thank a worker and remember that, “All Work Has Dignity”.
There will always be more hard work ahead of us, but because of your dedication, I have great optimism for Envirovac’s future. Have a great Labor Day. Enjoy the last days of summer!
