EnviroVac’s Safety Team Annual Meeting
As we approach the end of 2022, the EnviroVac Safety team took two days to gather, fellowship, and work together to grow and increase value in EnviroVac.
Each specialist presented to the group, on topics to bring light to specific areas so that as a collective set of minds, they could discuss, debate, and plan for internal growth within the department. Also, to ensure they are setting a consistent standard for safety expectations across all regions of EnviroVac. Presentations ranged from statistical analysis of data, how to be better coaches, to hands-on skill sets that can improve each person in their individual areas and roles.
The team reflected on the previous year with reviewing the safety leading and lagging indicators for 2022. This deep dive into the Safety Numbers provides a framework for statistical analysis and dissemination of information so that we can plan for 2023 and continue to grow the Safety Culture of EnviroVac. Not only did the team look at the past year but previous years to identify trends, issues, and to implement processes to address each in a manner that sets 2023 up for success.
As each Safety Team Member is located in various areas of the company, the fellowship and time to interact with each other in this environment set the stage for increased teamwork and comradeship as they approach the new year with new goals, new roles, and new value.
