EnviroVac’s Commitment to Safe Outages
At EnviroVac, we pride ourselves on turn-key outages and shut down services for plants
across the country, providing our customers with the safest, most-effective methods
available in the industrial cleaning industry.
As we enter our Spring outage season, we reflect on all the safe work we have
accomplished and set goals for what’s to come. “We are so proud of our outage team,”
says Chase Conner, VP of Health and Safety. “Thank you for making our outages
successful and, most importantly, thank you all for your commitment to safety!”
Now let’s look ahead! As a team, we have set our 2022 outage goal to be SMART, which
“If we work smart when preparing for our jobs, we will continue to be successful. We
will continue to send our brother’s and sister’s home safely. If we do the work and do it
safely, everything will fall into place,” says Conner.
At EnviroVac, we measure the amount of work that’s needed to be performed on each
assigned project. Beginning with the development of a thorough schedule, our team
prepares for every outage by combing through the details of each job, day by day, from
start to finish; ensuring the timeline is attainable and realistic. Our employees sign a
commitment banner on their first day at an outage, to show and remind them of their
dedication to safety from start to finish. A job that is prepared, planned and executed
the safe way, is the EnviroVac way.
There are two major outage seasons, February through June is considered spring outage
season and then September through November is our fall outage season. Whether you
are planning an outage during one of these seasons in an effort to be proactive and
make your plant more efficient for the future, or you are dealing with an unplanned
plant shutdown, EnviroVac knows the importance of getting the job done right the first
time. Our outage team is highly trained, experienced and committed to safety. Let’s
work together on your next outage to make it the best and safest one yet!
