EnviroVac CEO, Kevin Jackson, Joins CURE Childhood Cancer Leadership Council
We are excited to share that EnviroVac CEO, Kevin Jackson, has been selected to join the CURE Childhood Cancer Savannah Leadership Council. CURE is dedicated to conquering childhood cancer through funding targeted research while supporting patients and their families.
A pillar of strength and stability within the Savannah community and his family, Kevin was inspired to join the CURE Leadership Council after a recent event in Effingham County called Catie’s Gathering. This special dinner benefitted Catie’s Fund of CURE Childhood Cancer which invests in CURE’s research initiatives, and specifically individualized treatments based on each child’s genetic makeup. As a father of three and a grandfather of seven, Kevin believes it’s important for all children to grow up in a world free of cancer and believes this is a way that he can be a part of that.
“Serving on the CURE Leadership Council is a tremendous honor and responsibility,” says Kevin Jackson. “I am eager to continue growing awareness and fundraising efforts for CURE, alongside other incredible statewide leaders.”
The Savannah Leadership Council is composed of other business and community leaders who are passionate about solving childhood cancer. It provides guidance and leadership to CURE’s Savannah staff in growing brand awareness and engagement in Savannah and surrounding communities. This group serves as ambassadors for the organization, supporting events and fundraising efforts and inviting others to join the CURE community.
