Cementing “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work” at our West Region Quarterly Meetings

Appreciation, trust, and adapting to variable change are key elements for continuous improvement at EnviroVac.

EnviroVac University Trainers, Kirby and Veronica, with support of Regional Managers took time to discuss the importance of every voice in the company during last month’s Quarterly Meetings in Tuscaloosa & Columbus. With almost 100 employees from across the region in attendance, valuable collaboration and team building emerged. The tenure ranged from directly out of New Hire to 25 years in the field.

Also participating were many members of the EnviroVac Executive Team. This extensive commingling of experiences and responsibilities in correlation with Team Building activities acted as catalyst for a great experience. As the team was divided into groups to work together, draw on personal experiences, and communicate as a unit; the EVU Trainers used the activity to demonstrate individual differences and promote communication and coaching.

EVU Trainer, Kirby, states, “The groups got involved and had great conversations. It was great seeing such diversity with the Senior Vice President, a New Hire, a Safety Specialist, and several members of a local crew all working together to solve the group challenge. It provided an opportunity for some of our technicians to step up and demonstrate their leadership potential.
