An Easter Message from Our CEO
Good Friday is here and Easter is just around the corner. Good Friday marks the crucifixion and the death of Jesus Christ. It is a day of sorrow and atonement for all sins, but this suffering will culminate in Easter Sunday where we celebrate the resurrection of Christ.
Today, we live in a world characterized by uncertainty. We face a series of crises – from the pandemic to devastating tornados, droughts and floods, the continued war in Ukraine and other forgotten places, with millions of people being displaced.
However, Easter provides the reason we can keep going during these uncertain times. Easter is our anchor, our hope. I do not know how many people can’t believe in the true meaning of Easter, or feel that religion should not be discussed or even hushed, so as not to “offend” one another, but through all these dark days, I feel, faith, in whatever, you believe in, has been a good thing to have each and every day.
Let us all remember the importance in persevering each day, even when we grow frustrated and weary. I pray that God will guide all of us and bring everyone peace in these uncertain times and to help you share that peace with others. Given this situation in the land of our Savior’s birth, death, and resurrection, there is no doubt that our brothers and sisters have developed a great sense of insecurity from the problems and sufferings happening in their daily lives.
Let’s all continue to work together in all aspects of our lives in order to keep it going. At times like these, the worry list can be long for all of us, there are no exceptions. But I am also convinced that we will get through this, if we do not lose our energy, our work ethic, our attention to the details, and our attitude. It is literally in our own hands.
Please do look after yourselves and your family, and stay safe.
“Jesus said … ‘I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he dies, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die’” (John 11:25–26, ESV)
Wishing you and your family a Happy Easter!
God Bless,
Kevin Jackson, EnviroVac CEO
